Effective 2026-09-04. These Terms cover Krewva's iOS, macOS, and Windows applications. The formal Privacy Policy controls if these Terms or the Trust Charter differs. By using Krewva, you agree to these Terms.
This is the current public version. Existing users must accept the 2026-09-04 Terms and Privacy version through Krewva's normal acceptance gate.
Who's behind this
Krewva is made by Wuvov Inc., a Delaware corporation. “Krewva” means the product; “you” means the person using it. These Terms are the agreement between you and Krewva.
What Krewva does
Krewva reads only the connected accounts, local context, and explicit screen content that its enabled features are allowed to use. It may prepare reviewable replies, Task candidates, plans, or other bounded proposals. A proposal is not an instruction to send, post, click, buy, or otherwise act.
Krewva can be wrong. You review suggestions, accept a Task separately, approve each consequential Step separately, and keep outbound action authority. Krewva does not promise that every app, window, text field, or protected surface will work.
Screen access and three separate flows
Screen access, feature enablement, AI-processing consent, Task acceptance, Step approval, and outbound action authority are separate. An operating-system permission does not enable a feature. Enabling a feature does not consent to AI processing. Task acceptance or Step approval does not grant screen access or permission to upload pixels.
- iPhone AI drafts. After explicit consent, the keyboard may send OpenAI an image of the current conversation on your screen and selected personalization context needed for the request. It returns Agree, Clarify, and Challenge drafts. A choice is inserted for review and is never sent by Krewva.
- Draft a Reply. After you explicitly trigger the feature, enable it, and consent to AI processing, one fresh image of the active top-level window may travel through Krewva to OpenAI. It produces reviewable suggestions. The capture itself never sends a message.
- Do a Task local OCR. Krewva tries semantic text first. If there is a bounded semantic gap, it can process the active-window pixels with bounded local OCR. Raw pixels stay on the device. Selected derived text may support a Task only after your choice.
- Do a Task visual discovery. This is a separate enabled and AI-consented path. One fresh image of the active window may travel through Krewva to OpenAI to propose Task candidates only. Task acceptance and Step approval remain separate.
On macOS and Windows, capture is user-triggered, limited to the active top-level window, and not continuous monitoring. Krewva never falls back to a full-desktop capture. Denied, revoked, protected, or changed targets fail closed. The operating-system permission steps differ by platform. A visible window can include other people's content; you must have lawful authority and provide any notice or consent that is required.
Raw image pixels are request-scoped and excluded from Krewva account history, ordinary logs, Sentry, and support bundles. Krewva may keep permitted derivatives, such as drafts, review evidence, selected Task evidence, plans, outcomes, audit facts, or a one-way fingerprint, under their separate rules.
iPhone product analytics
Core app and keyboard-quality analytics are enabled by default during this beta after account onboarding. AI processing remains a separate choice. Contact privacy@krewva.com to request analytics deletion. Analytics does not change what you paid for. Research questionnaires are not part of this beta setup.
The Privacy Policy describes the fixed usage data, PostHog US recipient, retention and deletion process. Keyboard activity is used only for keyboard improvement, never for an advertising audience. Krewva does not treat insertion as proof that you sent a reply, self-reported app use as device monitoring, or an association with subscription length as proof of why a subscription ended.
Current processing providers
OpenAI is Krewva's current provider for AI features and Voice Input transcription. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train or improve its models unless the customer explicitly opts in. Default abuse-monitoring logs may be kept for up to 30 days. Krewva does not promise zero provider retention. The sub-processors list names the current operational providers. Cloudflare handles website hosting, waitlist processing, KV storage, and rate limiting.
What you can expect from Krewva
Krewva uses the permissions and approvals you give it to prepare bounded work. It keeps review and action distinct. It does not claim ownership of your messages, contacts, screen content, or the records it creates for you.
What Krewva asks of you
- Be old enough to agree to these Terms where you live, and connect only accounts and screen content that you are allowed to use.
- Give any notice or obtain any consent required for other people whose content may appear in a connected account or captured window.
- Review Krewva's suggestions and approve an exact outbound action before it is taken.
- Do not use Krewva to harm, harass, deceive, or break the law.
Your accounts and content
Your accounts stay yours, and so does the content in them. You give Krewva permission to read or act on your behalf only where you have enabled the relevant feature and approved the relevant action. You can revoke permissions through the operating system, the source account, or Krewva settings where available.
Voice Input
When you start Voice Input, you ask Krewva to process live microphone audio through OpenAI and write the final transcript at an eligible text cursor when you stop. When Smart cleanup is used, the completed transcript may also be sent to OpenAI for faithful cleanup before insertion. You control when a dictation starts and stops, and you remain responsible for reviewing text before it is sent or used. Voice Input may not work in every app or text field, and it never sends text for you.
What it costs
Krewva includes a free tier. Optional paid access uses Stripe Checkout across desktop, web, and the iPhone app, with the current terms and price shown before any charge. iPhone checkout is currently limited to the United States App Store region. The current pricing page has the latest information.
The honest limits
Krewva is software and can be wrong, unavailable, or unable to access a protected or changed target. It is provided “as is,” without warranties, and to the extent the law allows, Krewva is not liable for indirect or incidental losses from using it. None of this limits a right that the law says cannot be waived.
Ending things
You can request account deletion at any time. Krewva keeps the request cancelable for a 30-day grace period before the implemented purge. Revoking access at third-party services is best effort. Audit records, consent-gated redacted improvement records, and other legally required or separately governed records may remain for their stated lifecycle. Krewva may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken or the law requires it.
Changes to these Terms
If these Terms change in a material way, Krewva will update the version date and use its normal acceptance gate before the revised terms apply to existing users where required.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
