Krewva is made by Wuvov Inc. Your legal rights depend on where you live and which laws apply. This page explains available controls and how to make a request. The Privacy Policy describes the underlying data practices.
Start with a simple message. Email founders@krewva.com and tell us what you would like to access, correct, export, or delete. Use the email associated with your account when possible. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment details, or private conversation content.
See or get a copy of your information.
Review the history and personalization views available in your app. For account data or a copy you cannot obtain there, contact us and describe the information you need.
Account export and device-local data are separate. We do not promise that an account export includes every local keyboard record, or that every iPhone version has a complete export-and-download flow. We can help identify the route available for your data.
Correct context that is wrong.
Use available app controls to change Contact Objectives or remove inaccurate local memory. AI Impressions are possible interpretations, not certain facts about a person. Contact us about account information you cannot correct in the app.
Delete local history or personalization.
On iPhone, Reply History offers 7, 30, or 90 days, or Forever. Writing Samples lets you pause learning and clear samples. Relationship Graph includes controls to remove individual Contacts or memory, or clear local relationship data.
Pausing learning does not delete existing records. Contacts and Objectives are not automatically age-pruned. Changing an Objective or its pace can clear its AI Impression. Local deletion does not delete your account or erase the original conversation from another messaging app.
Request account deletion.
Use the account-deletion control where available, or contact us for help. Account deletion uses a 30-day cancelable grace period before the implemented purge. Use the date and cancellation controls shown for your request.
Some records may remain where required for legal, security, billing, or separately governed purposes. Third-party access revocation is best effort; other services have their own records and schedules. A deletion request is not a promise of immediate or universal erasure.
Cancel subscriptions separately. Check Settings → Billing and the provider managing your subscription. Deleting local data or requesting account deletion is not a substitute for cancellation.
Change permissions and consent.
Review keyboard and microphone permissions in iPhone Settings. On desktop, review operating-system permissions, enabled features, and connected-account access. Use available Krewva controls to withdraw feature consent or disconnect sources.
Revoking future access does not automatically erase information already collected. Ask for deletion separately if that is what you want. Turning off a required permission can stop the feature that needs it.
Ask a question or raise a concern.
Email founders@krewva.com with your concern. Where applicable law gives you rights to object, restrict processing, opt out of particular uses, appeal a decision, or contact a privacy regulator, you may ask us how those rights apply to your circumstances.
We may need to verify your identity and authority before sharing or changing information. We will explain if a request needs more detail, if a product control is the right route, or if a legal exception limits what can be done. Applicable law determines the response requirements; this page does not create one universal deadline.
